Mangrove Tree Distribution Map

The Fair Carbon Mangrove Tree Distribution map displays the known global distribution of mangrove tree species and several seagrass species by the country where they occur. This tool aims to inform mangrove restoration and conservation projects of tree species potentially found on their project site.

Please note that data is presented at a national level, and does not include distribution of mangrove habitat or individual species at state, regional, or other sub-national levels.

This tool is in the beta testing version and will be updated to include additional mangrove species, fine-scale distribution data, and species identification guides.
